The 18-Week Intermediate Marathon training plan is designed for runners who have ideally already run a marathon and are looking to improve their time and performance. The plan includes 4-5 running workouts/week (various speed, easy effort, long runs) and 1-2 strength workouts/week.
The plan peaks at a total weekly volume of ~54 miles and a long run of 20 miles.
