The 14-Week Intermediate Half Marathon training plan is designed for runners who have already run a half marathon and are looking to improve their time and performance. The plan includes 3 running workouts/week (various speed, easy effort, long runs) and 2 strength workouts/week.
The plan peaks at a total weekly volume of ~26 miles and a long run of 13 miles.
